I still remember one guest who came by last week.
They mentioned it was their first trip with a baby over one year old.
Right after check-in, they asked me something.
“Can we walk to Hanok Village?”
They said nap time was awkward, and they didn’t want the hassle of driving.
I completely understand that feeling.
That afternoon, they put the baby down for a nap and slowly walked over to Hanok Village.
When they came back, I remember them saying, “I was surprised it was so close.”

I’ve noticed that families traveling with kids in Jeonju think a lot about transportation logistics.
Guests staying at Nosong Villa ask about this concern most often.
If you pick the wrong accommodation, you end up spending the whole day in the car.
I wanted to be helpful to people with this concern, so today I’m going to write honestly from the perspective of a host who manages this place directly.
What Should You Look for in a Jeonju Kids’ Accommodation?
Q. What’s the most common thing families ask when looking for kids’ accommodations in Jeonju?
A. Distance to Hanok Village and indoor play space for kids.
Also, always check if parking is available.
Honestly, when you’re traveling with kids, it’s not easy to get out of the accommodation often.
Sometimes the weather is bad, and sometimes the kids aren’t feeling well.
That’s why having a space where kids can play without getting bored inside the accommodation is actually more important than you’d think.
· Distance (whether you can walk to Hanok Village)
· Indoor play space
· Parking availability
· Cooking facilities
· Check-in method
If you just check these five things, you’re already halfway there.
Here’s What Nosong Villa Looks Like
Our accommodation is set up for a base of 2 guests, with a maximum of 4 people.
The kids room is what everyone asks about most.
The kids room has a slide and a trampoline.
We’ve also set up a kitchen play corner and a collection of children’s picture books.

To be honest, once kids get into this space, they don’t want to leave.
Meanwhile, parents can take a moment to unpack or have a cup of coffee.
We provide hotel-quality bedding.
Since it touches a baby’s skin, we pay close attention to this part.
We have all the cooking tools you’d need, so it’s easy to prepare baby food or simple meals.

The comment from guests that stands out most in my memory is, “My kid doesn’t want to go outside.”
You can flexibly adjust your schedule based on the child’s condition
Many guests spend the first day exploring outside since the kids are in good spirits, and on the second day they rest and recover at the accommodation.
This kind of flexibility in scheduling only becomes possible when there’s a good play space inside.

You Can Walk to Hanok Village
Most guests visiting Jeonju want to visit Hanok Village.
Nosong Villa is within walking distance of Hanok Village, so you can visit without a car.
Some guests put the kids down for a nap and take a walk to Hanok Village, while others visit in the evening for an after-dinner stroll.
Guests say it’s much easier to walk with a stroller or baby carrier than to keep getting in and out of the car.
Q. Isn’t it hard to walk to Hanok Village with a child?
A. It’s definitely doable with a stroller or baby carrier.
You can take breaks along the way.
What surprised me was hearing from many guests that kids actually fussed less when walking than when driving.
The process of getting them in and out of the car seat might have been stressful for them.
Good Things to Know Before Booking
Nosong Villa uses self check-in.
If meeting people face-to-face feels awkward, you can use it comfortably.
Parking is free.
This is actually more important than you’d think when you’re traveling with a lot of luggage and kids.
· Accommodates 2 people as base, maximum 4 people
· Kids room (slide, trampoline, kitchen play, picture books)
· Free parking
· Full cooking utensils
· Hotel-quality bedding
· Self check-in
But there are some things I want to mention upfront.
While the space is large, the maximum capacity is 4 people, so it’s better suited for trips with two parents and kids rather than large extended families.
I think it’s good to keep this in mind before booking.

This Place Is Especially Great For:
Guests with infants and young children, as well as those with early elementary school kids, all enjoy their stay comfortably.
We also get a lot of families on their first family trip.
It seems to work especially well for people who want to see Hanok Village but struggled to plan an itinerary due to kids’ conditions.

I do hear some concerns sometimes.
Since it’s apartment-style, if you’re expecting kids to run around in a big yard, it might be different from what you imagined.
Knowing upfront that it’s not a yard-style accommodation actually increases satisfaction.
I think it’s important to be honest about this beforehand.
I’ve written all of this from the perspective of a host who directly manages Nosong Villa.
I hope it helps families who want both to enjoy Hanok Village and have great play space for their kids.
